| About this opportunity: | As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in helping guide the strategic direction of Castle Enterprise Scotland, ensuring that the organisation fulfil their mission and values while meeting their legal and financial responsibilities • This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in their community and who wants to contribute their skills and experience at a governance level • There are 10 meetings a year which are held either in Glenrothes, Cupar or remote • | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Training provided: | Ongoing support is provided through regular board meetings, access to senior staff for guidance, and opportunities to attend relevant training sessions. Board members are also encouraged to participate in external workshops and networking events to strengthen their knowledge and skills. The organisation foster a supportive environment where experienced board members mentor new ones, and all trustees have the chance to raise questions or request additional guidance at any time. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Out of pocket expenses paid? | Yes - Board members can claim reasonable travel expenses by completing a volunteer expenses form.
