  About this opportunity:	This role involves helping to support volunteers who use British Sign Language while they are volunteering with Greener Kirkcaldy  •  Greener Kikrcaldy is a community- led charity and development trust working on a local scale to help people and their environment  •  Their mission is to tackle fuel and food poverty, protect the environment and bring the community together  •  As a BSL Volunteer, you would be asked to commit a few hours each week and support either a Gardening or Kitchen volunteer  •  This will be a rewarding role as you will be helping to allow someone we could not support to volunteer  •  Volunteering can improve social connections, help people to learn new skills and to integrated into the community  •  Ideally you will be qualified to British Sign Language Level 1 or upwards, be empathetic, personable and have an interest in the organisations mission  •
  Takes place:	mornings afternoons evenings Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays
  Minimum age:	16
  Maximum age:	100
  Training provided:	All volunteers will be inducted into the organisation and offered relevant training appropriate to the role.
  Out of pocket expenses paid?	Yes - Travel expenses will be reimbursed, public transport is the preferred method of transport, due to the environmental nature of the charity.
  Experience required:	Ideally you will be qualified to British Sign Language Level 1 or upwards, be empathetic, personable and have an interest in the organisations mission.
