    About this opportunity:Bums Off Seats is a Fife Walking Initiative
     •  They provide free local health walking opportunities in Fife and all walks are led by a trained team of Volunteer Walk Leaders
     •  A health walk is a free, short, local walk and is suitable for most people, even if they have a long term health condition
     •  Bums Off Seats are looking for Walking Group Volunteers to support their walks across the Levenmouth, Dunfermline, and South West Fife areas
     •  As a volunteer, you will lead or support short walks in your local area
     •  You will speak to the people who attend to make sure they are comfortable during the walk
     •  Walks can be an excellent opportunity to gain mental and physical health benefits as well as connecting socially with other local people
     •  Bums Off Seats provide full training and support

    Training provided:Volunteers need to attend Walk Leader training, and will receive ongoing support from the coordinators.

    Yes - Travel expenses will be reimbursed at public transport rates.

    Experience required:Volunteers should be able to walk comfortably, and should be confident speaking to the people who join the walks.
