    About this opportunity:PICTS is dedicated to alleviating poverty and assisting those in need in Scotland by providing essential care packages, food, clothing and long-term support for veterans, homeless and those living in poverty
     •  They are looking for kitchen assistants to support the chefs to prepare approximately 500 meals every Saturday in the Maxwell Centre, Cowdenbeath
     •  The role involves preparing the ingredients, chopping and peeling fruit and vegetables, dishing up the meals, cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes

    Yes - Travel expenses will be reimbursed on a case-by-case basis at public transport rates.

    Experience required:A positive attitude, good team player and an alignment with the values of Knights Templar. A food hygiene certificate would be desirable but is not essential as training will be provided.
