     •  Join the SATCoL team to help care for local communities and our planet, by being a part of finding new homes for pre-loved clothes, furniture, household items, and collectibles
     •  The Kirkcaldy Donation Centre requires a Driver’s Mate
     •  This role involves helping drivers organising and collecting furniture or large item donations, providing strong customer service to all donators
     •  The volunteer will actively promote Gift Aid signups and keep accurate records of collections/deliveries
     •  The volunteer will meet new people, build confidence, gain skills and experience
     •  They will have access to a Wellbeing & Benefits Platform (free mortgage advice, will writing, virtual GP, discounts for mainstream retailers, 24/7 confidential helpline), award-winning eLearning platform; 25% discount, and support from divisional Salvation Army colleagues

    Training provided:Upon starting, volunteers will be provided with an induction programme and any training needed to carry out their role. Volunteers will have ongoing access to an award winning eLearning Platform and will receive support and coaching from shop-based colleagues.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Public transport, mileage (45p per mile) and parking costs are reimbursed on the day when accompanied with a valid travel receipt.
