    About this opportunity:This role will support the activity of having a friendly game of pool at the Tayport Arms and making memories
     •  People living with dementia, their family and friends and anyone with an interest in dementia can attend this activity group
     •  The role may vary but is likely to include; -Offering a warm welcome to people who attend
     •  -Listening and interacting with people living with dementia, family members who attend the group
     •  -Keeping up to date with Alzheimer Scotland news and our work across Scotland

    Training provided:The volunteer with have a volunteer induction training session with the Volunteer Co-Ordinator. Then ongoing training relevant to the volunteer role and corporate policies e.g. Dementia Friends training; Brain Health training
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - We will pay public transport expenses as long as the volunteer keeps the receipts. We will pay fuel mileage (45 p per mile) when the volunteer uses their own vehicle. These will be reimbursed monthly.
