By submitting a booking for this event you agree to pay this fee for those delegates who have places booked but do not attend.

Cancellations can be received up to 5 working days ahead of the event, thus avoiding non-attendance fees. A cancellation will only be valid if we have confirmed it with you. You can send somebody else in place of a booked delegate without incurring a non-attendance fee.

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

We asked participants who attended these sessions earlier in the year,  what they liked most in the training - here's what they said:

    • "Talking over ideas and methods"
    • "I have always found the trainers to be very knowledgable re their topics"
    • "Chance to network and work with others"
    • "(topic) made easier to understand"
    • "Meeting new people and being involved in group activities"
