    Post: Learning and Development Officer

    Hours: 36 per week

    Salary: £28,771 - £31,900 Per Annum

    You will work with their senior management team and line managers to help them identify their people's existing and future development needs and to design strategies to meet them. You will also lead on the procurement of development interventions from the marketplace ensuring they implement impactful and value-for-money solutions. To be successful in the role, you'll need to be adept at project management, relationship management and coaching as well as having a solid L&D background. They're looking for someone who can evidence they are a pragmatic, effective, business-focussed L&D practitioner. Although this post is based in their Glenrothes office you may also be required to work in any of their other offices according to the needs of the service.
