    Places for voluntary sector delegates (staff, committee members or volunteers) £150.00 per person

    This two-day workshop is for anyone who wants to learn about WRAP and begin to incorporate it into their own life to improve personal wellness and achieve an improved quality of life. The workshop is on the 08 and 09 May from 10.00am-4.00pm.

    These workshops are designed to be highly interactive and encourage participation and sharing from all present. This workshop also lays a broad foundation for building a peer workforce. This class is a prerequisite for being trained as a WRAP Facilitator.

    Through attending this workshop Participants will be able to:

    • Describe and explore personally the key concepts of Mental Health and recovery curriculum HOPE, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, EDUCATION, SELF ADVOCACY and SUPPORT as they relate to our own wellness goals;
    • Identify personalized wellness tips and tricks and learn from others to develop a wellness toolbox to begin the creation of a WRAP;
    • Develop a personalized WRAP® and identify self-directed wellness goals. 

    Rona McBrierty international WRAP facilitator mentor will be running this training.

    They can offer places for £150.00 per person and if you apply for the facilitators training in June they can offer scholarship of £650.00 to attend seminar one and two.
