    Post:  Catering Staff
    Hours: 12 hours per week, 18 month project commencing 01 March 2018
    Salary: £5,300 per annum

    Reporting directly to the Project Coordinator and Growing Manager, the Catering staff will be responsible for preparing simple, hot meals for up to 30 volunteers, though often only half this number, from Tuesday to Thursdays.  This also means ensuring that the stock of food and drink, including fareshare and own grown produce, is effectively and efficiently utilised, that waste is minimised and/or well stored. 

    The work requires 3 hours per day from Tuesdays to Friday 11am - 2pm.  Occasionally additional hours may be required to support catering for special events, for which additional payment will be arranged.

    The successful candidate will possess an updated food hygiene certificate, and possess experience of providing catering for a larger group. The ability to relate well to volunteers from a  wide range of backgrounds and other staff is important.  The candidate should live relatively locally within Levenmouth or central Fife.
