    Post: Children's Support Worker

    Hours: 16 per week

    Salary: £11.12 per hour

    A temporary vacancy has arisen for a Children’s Support Worker in the Cottage Family Centre's Children’s Service. You will have a range of experience working with vulnerable children from birth to 7 years. You will also have the knowledge and experience to support and respond to the needs of these children and their families. You will have the ability to work creatively with play resources in order to provide young children with good quality educational experiences. You will also require to demonstrate an ability to work effectively within a team.

    You will be expected to have an HNC in Early Years or HNC in Childcare and Education or SNNEB and/or SVQ 3 Children’s Care, Learning & Development/Children & Young People. 

    The post will require a satisfactory PVG check and two references.
