Tayside & Fife CLD Professional Learning Alliance - Workforce Development Survey - Closes 25 October

News/Events Category: Partnerships, Networks and ForumsSince 2010, Angus, Dundee, Perth & Kinross and Fife local authority (Tayside and Fife CLD professional Learning Alliance) areas have collaborated in the delivery of continuing professional development activities for staff and partners involved in the delivery of community learning and development. It has offered a range of learning activity in the fields of: Family learning, CLD policy and practice (Community empowerment Act), Youth work, Digital competence and CLD Ethics.
The Alliance now feels that the time is right to undertake further evaluation of its work and impact, in order to guide future planning and development.
They have been asked to undertake a piece of research that explores:
• The extent to which professional learning activity is changing practice and contributing to better outcomes for learners and practitioners;
• Future professional learning needs that support the Alliance and individual agencies to plan appropriate responses;
• The role the Standards Council plays in terms of benefit and support to practitioners / members.They would be grateful if you could complete the online survey (which takes no longer than 15 minutes) as they value your expertise and knowledge in community learning and development. The survey will be open from Monday 18 September 2017 and will close on Wednesday 25 October 2017.
