Volunteers’ Week 2015 – events across Fife 1-7 June

National Volunteers’ Week 2015 takes place in the first week of June this year, and we’ve lined up some special events to help celebrate and encourage volunteering in Fife:
As well as our prestigious Awards Ceremony on Monday 1 June we’re running four other events:
Recruitment Fairs 2- 4 June (all 2:00pm – 6:30pm)
Tuesday 2 June at the Old Fire Station, Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline KY12 7AN
Wednesday 3 June at Fife Voluntary Action, 16 East Fergus Place, Kirkcaldy KY1 1XT (behind CARF offices)
Thursday 4 June at Fife Voluntary Action, 69 Crossgate, Cupar KY15 5AS
Come along and find your perfect volunteering opportunity! We’ve invited lots of volunteer-involving organisations along to promote their latest opportunities. You can also pop in for a chat with our team if you have general questions about volunteering or would like us to help you get started. See you there!
Celebrating Volunteers’ Week Saturday 6 June
We’ll be at the Kingsgate Centre in Dunfermline on Saturday 6 June to tell shoppers all about the benefits of volunteering. Our team will be there to answer your questions and help you search for current opportunities using our swish new iPad. We’ve got plenty of fun freebies and good chat so come along and say hi!
