Penumbra Youth Project, based in Kirkcaldy, works to support the mental health and wellbeing for young people between the ages of 12 - 21years throughout Fife. They provide services that promote recovery, develop resilience and coping strategies. The youth project provides regular, weekly drop-in sessions and 1:1 support in identified high schools staffed by workers and volunteers.

Volunteers are invited to participate in this work and learn about the range of tools and resources used to enable people to regain confidence and to achieve their preferred future.
