The Wise Group are looking for volunteers to help facilitate their Changes group sessions. Their aim is to contribute to reducing re-offending by giving direct support to New Routes customers in accordance with New Routes procedures.

The group sessions will encourage and empower customers to engage in activities aimed at improving their employability and life opportunities, building relationships and communicating effectively, assisting in monitoring/reviewing customers’ progress and reporting to the Volunteer Co-ordinator.
