Their Asset Operations Team works together to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group. To support this vital work, they're recruiting for a Painter.

    The Role

    As a Painter, you'll:

    • Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience
    • Carry out all required painting and decorating work in their properties, offices and any other buildings
    • Carry out multi-skilled work such as basic plumbing, joinery and plaster works
    • Understand and follow risk assessments and method statements
    • Effectively use relevant online platforms/systems for record keeping, including recording of jobs and materials
    • You will provide routine and emergency repairs in customers' homes, change of tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs and minor works in our properties and staff bases

    About you

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

    • Four year apprenticeship in relevant trade (SCQF 6)
    • Previous experience in a Painter role
    • The ability to carry out multi-skilled work, including basic plumbing work
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Basic digital skills
    • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
