    “I’ve got an idea” is a micro fund for either individuals or small groups or organisations who have a novel technical idea which they want to try out. They are looking for ideas that:

    • are technically inventive and novel
    • could deliver a social or environmental benefit
    • are intriguing and have an element of fun.

    Previous awards are varied and have included: 3D printing instruments for people with disabilities, school pin badges which monitor air pollution, and an energy harvesting dancefloor.

    Who can apply?

    Individuals or small groups or organisations based in the UK.

    How to apply

    E-mail [email protected] with some information about your idea. A list of what to include can be found on the funder website.

    Once the fund's allocation has been used, it will close until the funding pot has refilled.
