  • Coach Approach: Improve Your Conversations

    Created: 08/05/2025
News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

For over three years, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership have been empowering managers and leaders across the Partnership with the transformative benefits of using a coach approach. This method fosters active listening and supports individuals in generating their own ideas and solutions, whether in one-to-one settings or group discussions.

Their interactive two-day course offers you the chance to reflect on your existing skills, identify areas for further development, and practice engaging in a new style of conversation.

    Course Details:

    • Dates: Thursday 19 June and Tuesday 01 July 2025
    • Time: 9:30am to 4:30pm
    • Location: Fife House, Glenrothes

Commitment: Attendance on both days is essential, so please ensure you can commit to these dates before applying.

How to Apply: If you are interested in attending, please e-mail [email protected].

This course is open to all members of the Partnership, with places available for NHS Fife, Fife Council, and their voluntary and independent sectors colleagues.

Take this opportunity to enhance your conversational skills and make a meaningful impact within your team!
