Volunteers Wanted - Fife Afro-Caribbean Summer Festival 2025

The organisers of the first-ever Fife Afro-Caribbean Summer Festival are looking for volunteers to help the day run smoothly.
Held on Saturday 05 July at Pittencrieff Park in Dunfermline, it's a free, family-friendly celebration of culture, food, music, art, and community.
Get ready for an unforgettable celebration of culture, music, food, dance, community and heritage, sponsored by AYT Foods. Whether you’re from the culture or simply love it, this event is open to everyone!
There are a selection of volunteer roles:
- Help Desk: Direct attendees to key areas, provide information
- Vendor Liaison: Assist vendors with set-up and needs
- Kids Area Support: Help manage activities and ensure safety
- Stage Support: Assist with performances and flow
- Content Support: Capture behind-the-scenes photos/videos
- Set-up/Packing: Help with chairs, signs, zones, tents
These are unpaid volunteering roles, however, volunteers will receive a free festival t-shirt, refreshments during their shift, backstage access, and a certificate of appreciation to say thank you.
