    Fife International Forum (FIF) is a charity focussed on supporting migrant and refugee communities across Fife. They aim to address poverty, social mobility, and employment challenges for those who have moved away from their usual place of residence. Their vision is to create a sustainable, collaborative forum where individuals can make a positive impact on their lives. They promote engagement, participation, and social cohesion, guided by a human rights approach.

    The role

    FIF is looking for a Caseworker with excellent communication skills and effective time management. You will have the ability to think creatively and problem solve, working proactively and collaboratively across various sectors to achieve safe and supportive outcomes for people that we support while understanding the challenges and demands this may present. You should be able to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.

    The Caseworker is a key member of the team and should have experience working effectively in a similar role. The successful candidate will be confident in working with individuals on a 1-1 basis, in group settings and in making appropriate referrals to other services when required.

    They welcome applications from individuals from all backgrounds with a good standard of English proficiency. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
