  • COPE Scotland - Self management resources to aid personal growth and empowerment

    Created: 11/04/2025
News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

COPE Scotland have developed a suite of resources to rebuild confidence and self-belief, crucial components of mental wellbeing.

Listening to the experiences of nearly 300 individuals regarding challenges to confidence and self-belief and with the support of the National Lottery Awards for All and Glasgow Wellbeing Fund, they have developed a suite of resources aimed at aiding personal growth and empowerment.

    These resources include:

    • Reflective Workbook: A guide to becoming your own confidence architect, helping you design a framework for self-belief.
    • Confidence Scorecard: A tool to track the steps you’ve taken towards building a more confident self, reinforcing positive progress.
    • Confidence Dude: A fun, interactive resource to regularly assess and boost your confidence levels.
    • Jigsaw Lid Resource: A reflective tool that allows you to identify and assemble the pieces necessary for building your confidence.
    • Confidence for sailing on the sea of life poster: A visual aid that highlights common challenges to confidence and suggests actionable steps to overcome them.
    • LAPS Infographic: A simple guide to inspire action through learning, applying, practising, and sharing, especially when fear of failure looms.
    • Confidence Postcard: A creative medium offering ideas on building self-confidence and an opportunity to make personal commitments.
