Children & Families Social Work Service Redesign in Fife

A service redesign of the Children & Familes Social Work Service in Fife Council is currently underway. The new service model will include:
- Early Help & Support (EH&S) teams
- Enhanced Children & Families (EC&F) teams
The new teams will be in place from Monday 21 April 2025. The new model is firmly rooted in supporting families in their community working with them and alongside partner agencies
