The Body Coach is on a mission to revolutionise workplace wellness by inspiring the a nation to think about how we can support employees to be more actives. They're calling on as many UK businesses and organisations as possible to join the world's first 'Movement Hour'.
Employers can commit to giving employees an hour off from their regular working duties to prioritise their physical and mental health. If one hour isn't possible for your organisation, they have lots of other ways you can still take part.
Movement Hour will take place 3.00-4.00pm on Wednesday 05 March 2025.
