They are looking for an enthusiastic Family Support Worker who can support their coordinator to deliver a family support service to vulnerable families in the Glenrothes area. You must be passionate about supporting families in the families’ home providing tailored and non-judgemental support. Their families are supported through a combination of support workers, volunteers and group work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An understanding of the needs of families with young children
- Experience of supporting families
- Experience of working in a family group session
- Experience of delivering programmes relating to child development and health and wellbeing
- The ability to work as a member of a team
- The ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines
- A driving licence and use of a car
