Children's Mental Health Week 2025 will take place 03-09 February 2025.

The theme for 2025 is Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, with the aim to equip and empower children and young people across the UK to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them. We want children and young people to discover how getting to know who they are can help them build resilience, grow and develop.

Place2Be’s Children’s Mental Health Week has joined forces with Here4You to explore the importance of self-awareness and expressing emotions.

Here4You is supported by The Walt Disney Company, and through the characters of Pixar’s Inside Out 2, the resources encourage children and young people across the UK to discover how getting to know who they are can help them build resilience, grow, and develop.

On the Children's Mental Health Week website and in some of our resources and activities, you'll find Joy and the characters from Inside Out 2 help explore our theme Know Yourself, Grow Yourself.

Find out more and get free resources and activities at the Children's Mental Health Week website
