The Disclosure (Scotland) Act will come into force on 01 April 2025, making membership of the PVG scheme a legal requirement for anyone undertaking a regulated role. This also applies to organisations with volunteers or staff performing such roles.

In this training session, you’ll learn what these changes mean for your organisation and the steps you need to take to ensure compliance.

They’ll also discuss the importance of Making Referrals under the PVG scheme, your legal responsibilities, and practical guidance on how to meet these obligations.

Join Volunteer Scotland to ensure your organisation is fully prepared for this transition. Booking is required for these training sessions.
