    Fife International Forum has announced that registrations are now open for cohort 10 of the Pre-Academy Programme, which starts on 17 February 2025 in the Dunfermline area.

    This free 10-week programme is designed to support migrants and refugees who are not currently in education or employment. Participants will gain essential skills such as teamwork, communication, and reliability, alongside practical knowledge about the world of work in Scotland.

    The programme includes six weeks of workshops followed by four weeks of work placements with ongoing support to ensure a positive transition into the local job market.

    Who can join? 

    Migrants and refugees not in education or employment.

    Duration

    10 weeks (six weeks of skills-building workshops + four weeks of work placements).

    Location

    Dunfermline area.

    Benefits

    Participants gain the confidence, skills, and experience needed to thrive in Scotland’s job market.
