    Step On is a new course LinkLiving are providing in partnership with The Pars Foundation. It is aimed to help 16-19 year olds with their physical and mental wellbeing, resilience, and develop them in order for them to find a positive destination. 

    It's a 12-week course held at Pitreavie Athletics Centre, 9.30-2.30, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. 

    There will also be an opportunity for learners to gain an SCQF Level 4 in Employability Qualification.
