    Post: Planned Investment Team Lead
    Hours: 36 hours per week 
    Salary: £41,115 - £46,982 per annum 
    Location: Glenrothes (hybrid after training)

    About You As

    The Planned Investment Team Leader will work as part of the Asset Strategy Team to manage, coordinate, and monitor Kingdom's planned investment programme. You will gather intelligence and data on their property assets and use it to inform the asset investment strategy. You will have strong stakeholder management skills as you will regularly engage with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, consultants, and contractors.

    You will have previous experience in a technical role, strong influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to analyse, interpret, and present data.     You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
