With increasing emphasis on diversifying our volunteer pool, museums and heritage organisations need a way to identify their current volunteer profile, to inform more targeted action. In this interactive session, Heritage Volunteering Group explores the ways we can establish and learn from the profile and how to introduce and embed it, so it is accelerating change.
