    Heart, Mind and Soul at Silverburn Park, Leven, has three volunteering projects aimed at anyone needing to boost confidence and build skills to help them get back into employment, particularly those struggling with their mental health. Run by Fife Employment Access Trust, the project includes volunteering opportunities helping to maintain gardens and park grounds, working in the Cottage Window Cafe, or in the Silverburn Campsite. 

    The four-week structured programme starts week commencing 25 November 2024.
