It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.The Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Act 2023 is introducing some important changes to charity law in Scotland. Some of these changes have already taken effect, with others to be introduced on a phased basis in 2025.
To help charities to prepare for these changes, and understand how they may affect your charity, OSCR are hosting a number of online sessions in partnership with the Fife Voluntary Action, the local TSI for Fife.
