    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Their asset management team manage, maintain and invest in their property assets to make sure that properties are attractive and good quality homes for residents and future customers. 

    About the Role

    Kingdom is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to be part of their grounds maintenance team. This role will be based in the West area of Fife undertaking year-round work for customers in landscaped and communal areas. The team will carry out general ground maintenance such as grass cutting, weeding, hedge trimming, low level tree pruning and leaf collection. Each team will have access to a van for travel between sites, however, you may have to travel to and from site at the start and end of the day depending on your location. You will be provided with all the relevant training to carry out the role. Please note that the working location of this role will be in the Dunfermline area.

    About You

    You will have previous experience in a semi-skilled manual labour role, good customer service skills and be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will have a full driving licence and basic knowledge of health and safety legislation. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
