Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Their Customer Service team is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
Kingdom's Customer Service team is a one-stop shop for customers who wish to report or obtain advice on repairs, housing information, discuss any tenancy issues or service complaints and discuss or pay accounts. They are looking for a motivated and organised person to join the Customer Service Team focusing mainly on housing advice and reception duties.
About You
As a member of the team, you will be dealing with a high volume of engagement from customers, promoting Kingdom's services and striving for customer service excellence. You will have experience of working in a reception environment, have administrative experience, be a confident communicator and have strong digital skills. The ability to plan and organise your workload and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
