"Digital change can happen at any level, by anyone in any organisation; the key is to just start." This quote highlights an important point: you don't need to be in charge to make a difference. If you're passionate about changing how things work, you can kickstart digital evolution no matter your position.

In this workshop, SCVO will dive into:

    • Exploring leadership in digital change - leadership isn't just for managers. They'll talk about what it means to be a leader in the digital world, focusing on being adaptable, having a clear vision, and inspiring those around you
    • Understanding the basics of digital change - digital evolution involves more than just new tech. They’ll cover the key elements, including adopting new technologies, creating a culture of innovation, and continuously improving processes
    • Influencing digital change in your organisation - you don't need a fancy title to make a big impact. They’ll discuss ways to influence your coworkers, build support for your ideas, and create excitement for digital projects across your organisation
    • Learning and sharing best practices - the digital world is always changing. We’ll talk about how to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, share what you learn with others, and implement best practices to keep your digital projects successful

Join SCVO for this workshop to get practical tips and tools for leading digital change. Whether you’re just starting out or have some experience, you’ll find valuable insights to help you drive digital change in your organisation.

Who is the event aimed at?
