    Salary: £28,180.00 - £30,640.00 per annum

    About You

    To support their mission, Kingdom is looking for a proactive team player to join a forward-thinking People function. They're looking for someone who has the ability to work in a fast-paced role, with a strong sense of accuracy, high attention to detail, and is ready for a new challenge. You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and will have worked in a customer-focused role. You'll also have strong IT skills and be able to prioritise and organise your own workload.

    About the Role

    This is a key role within the HR team and aims to provide a customer-focused HR-related administration and support service. Some of the key responsibilities include:

    • Effective operation and maintenance of our people management systems, trackers, spreadsheets and databases
    • Full ownership of the administration of recruitment activities, with a high focus on adherence to relevant legal/statutory requirements e.g. right to work
    • With support from the HR team, provide first line advice on key aspects of UK employment law and HR policies and procedures, particularly relating to contracts, right to work, maternity/paternity and sickness absence
    • Understanding and applying data protection principles to work
    • Meeting facilitation, including the provision of confidential and discreet note taking, in line with policy timescales
    • Using systems to compile and distribute a range of HR data/reports
    • Building and maintaining credible relationships which help foster positive relationships within the workplace
