During the one-hour session the following topics will be covered and links provided for further learning:

- Equality, diversity and inclusion awareness in the workplace
- Busting myths about disability/health conditions in the workplace
- Creating a diverse workforce by reaching untapped potential in the labour market
- Flexibility, accommodations and adjustments at work
- Support for existing employees with protected characteristics
- Creating a mentally healthy workplace
- Funding available through engagement with local employability provision
- Inclusive business accreditations
