Calling all heritage professionals! Did you use volunteering as a route into paid employment?

Ahead of the first annual Heritage Careers Week (28 October – 1 November), Make Your Mark is looking to highlight career paths of people who volunteered with heritage organisations and then went on to work within Scotland’s heritage sector.

Heritage Careers Week is an opportunity to raise awareness among young people, parents, and educators across Scotland of the breadth of roles and range of pathways available within the historic environment sector, address common misconceptions and inspire young people to consider a career path into the historic environment careers.
