    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support across East Central Scotland. Their Asset Management Team manage, maintain and invest in their property assets to make sure that they provide attractive, good quality homes for residents and future customers.

    About the Role

    Kingdom's Skilled Labourers work as part of the Asset Management Team to help us to provide a high quality maintenance and repairs service for customers. They provide a skilled labouring service to the in-house maintenance teams covering Routine Repairs, Emergency Repairs, Change of Tenancy Repairs, Small Works, Kitchen Renewals and other categories of repairs and minor works.

    About You

    You should be an experienced skilled labourer with skills in general builder's work including some or all of slabbing, brickwork, roughcasting and roofing. You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to your work, have strong customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team of multi-skilled operatives.

    A van will be provided therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
