The theme of this funding window is energy efficiency. They are looking for grant applications from charities, community groups, and organisations who are working to promote a more sustainable approach to energy efficiency through:
- Insulation
- Solar panels
- Lighting initiatives
- Cooking solutions
- Renewable energy
- Energy efficient equipment
- Energy audits
- Heating projects
- Education/workshops/events on energy
Fund award sizes
Minimum: £500
Maximum: £5,000
Annually awarded: £25,860
Notes on award amounts: Annual total and average for UK from 2022 accounts.
Who can apply
The Naturesave Trust will consider applications for specific projects from charities, companies or organisations that have activities based in the UK.
Exclusions
- The Trust does not fund research projects or staff costs. It prefers to provide start-up capital to small projects to get them going, rather than to contribute to the general administration costs of a larger charity or company.
