    LinkLiving provides employability courses for young people  aged 16-19, including Moving on Up. This programme will consist of workshops which promote wellbeing and aim to build confidence and resilience. Participants will also gain valuable skills for life and complete the SCQF Level 4 Personal Development Award. There are opportunities for volunteering. Most suitable for those who are feeling anxious and would like support to set goals to reach next steps.

    The training starts in mid-September. It takes place every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10.00-3.00 thereafter.

    Dates & Times: Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10.00-3.00, from mid-September
    Length of Course: 12 weeks (with ongoing one-to-one support)
    Training Venue: West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy
    Eligibility: People aged 16-19, who need support with next steps after leaving school
