    News/Events Category: Funding and Finance

A new Fairer Workplaces Fund – of up to £350,000 –  will fund projects that contribute to the Scottish Government’s wider ambition of creating a Fair Work Nation by 2025 and commitment to tackling in-work and child poverty, while widening the availability of a diverse range of workers that can help improve the productivity, recruitment and retention of the workforce for employers.

The Scottish Government hopes the funded projects will deliver key impacts for participating employers and learning that can be disseminated further, setting the foundations for creating long term culture change.

The Fund offers grant funding, of up to £50k per project, to organisations to work with third and private sector employers. Projects are expected to commence early October 2024 and must be completed by the end of March 2025.
