  • Flexibility Works - Working Well for Hybrid Teams Workshop

    Created: 19/07/2024
    News/Events Category: Employability

Flexibility Works is offering a half-day workshop to help organisations make the most of hybrid working and address new challenges around communication, connection, and staff wellbeing.

Hybrid is here to stay, and while it offers many opportunities, it's still the biggest change to working patterns in over a century.  Any organisation that wants to make a success of hybrid will undoubtedly face challenges.

Thanks to funding from Paths for All and Transport Scotland, Flexibility Works can offer a new workshop called  Working Well for Hybrid tTams to help address these challenges, and ensure hybrid working continues to work well for people and organisations in the long term.

The interactive session is a positive, wellbeing-boosting, communication-improving dose of connection in itself.

Workshops are suitable for up to 20 people and can stand alone, or ‘bolt-on’ to existing team meetings.

    The Workshop covers:

    • The importance of being connected with colleagues (online AND in-person) and discuss activities and approaches that can strengthen team relationships
    • Personal working styles and communications preferences, as well as those of colleagues, to see when the team works and communicates well, and when it could be improved
    • What practical things you can put in place to support good hybrid working
