It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Our Volunteer Managers' Forums are open to anyone who works or volunteers in Fife and who is involved in the recruitment and/or management/supervision of volunteers.  The forum will give you the chance to meet other Volunteer Managers, share ideas and approaches to various issues that are important now within the volunteering sector.

Our next Volunteer Managers Forum will focus on recruiting and engaging young volunteers, identifying potential organisational barriers to youth volunteering and providing practical hints and tips to simplify the process and make their organisations young people friendly. This session will bust the myths associated with the perceived challenges of integrating young volunteers.

Are you making the most of youth volunteering? What can you do to encourage more young people to volunteer with you? Do you need some inspiration and practical support?

At the forum, we are delighted to have Sara Cook and Fraser Clark from Volunteer Matters, join us as our guest speakers. Sarah is Head of Corporate and Major Donor Partnerships/Strategic Lead for Scotland and Fraser Clark is thee Youth VIP Project Manager.  They will share their experience as well as a range of tools, techniques and resources which organisations can use to ensure that their youth volunteering is both inclusive and effective.'

The biggest benefit of this meeting, and the one that participants speak most highly of, is the chance to meet and learn from each other. There will be time to have open discussions, build connections, share ideas and hear from our guest speakers.

We look forward to seeing you there. Book now!
