    Educational Opportunity Foundation administers a number of restricted funds which accept funding applications.

    The only one relevant to Scotland is the Berridge Trust, which supports the training of teachers of cookery or nutrition. It has a relatively low income of less than £1,000 per year and awards are made to organisations only rather than individuals.
