    Post: Administrator / Receptionist
    Hours: Part - time - (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), 8.30am - 4.30pm
    Salary: - £18,700 (pro- rata)

    Charis Foundation is recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to work within their three distinct projects  - Counselling, Training and Retreats. Charis Foundation is a Christian organisation and team. Members are required to have a living Christian faith. This specific role will have a "first contact" with their valued clients and therefore must share the Foundation's values and beliefs. Permitted under the Equality Act 2010 Section 9 Part 1 (3a) and (3b).

    The main responsibilities include:

    • Reception duties including being point of contact for phone calls, e-mails and visitors
    • Clerical tasks including maintain diaries and database (electronic and manual)
    • Ability to work within Microsoft 365, Excel and other IT systems
    • Duties will include working alongside the counselling and training teams and supporting the work of these Managers
    • The ability to draft reports, take minutes and maintain the smooth running of the office environment is also required.
