    Salary: £21,681 - £23,952

    Location: Dysart, with travel to other offices in Fife as required


    Fife Coast and Countryside Trust (FCCT) is seeking an Administration Officer to join their dynamic and effective support services team.     The successful candidate will be expected to provide clerical support to maintenance and countryside services team leaders and support the clerical/admin functions within Fife Coast & Countryside Trust providing cover where required.

    Essential Characteristics:

    • Educated to standard grade/O-grade level or equivalent, including English, or relevant work experience demonstrating ability to communicate accurately in written English
    • A minimum of one year's experience working in an office environment
    • Experience of MS Office packages e.g. Word, Excel
    • Previous experience of working with the public
    • Working knowledge of health and safety
    • Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload
    • Good communication and customer skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team or individually
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Flexible approach to tasks
    • Full valid driving licence and ability to travel independently throughout Fife

    Work will be delivered over a five-day week but may include some evening and weekend work as required. The successful applicant will be expected to start week commencing 08 January 2024, though some flexibility is possible.
