    Salary: £30,431 - £33,508

    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. They have plans for a significant expansion of our housing stock over the next five years.

    About the Role

    This role is part of the Alternative Tenures Team and will assist the Housing Officer in providing a professional, effective and efficient service to their Mid Market customers. The role will also manage the allocation of new developments and re-let Mid Market Rent properties.

    About You

    • You will have a Propertymark One or equivalent qualification, or a willingness to work towards this.
    • You should have excellent administration and customer care skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
    • You should have up to date knowledge on housing legislation and regulations.
    • You must hold a full driving licence and complete a Disclosure Check prior to taking up an offer of employment
