Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. They have plans for a significant expansion of our housing stock over the next five years.About the Role
This role is part of the Alternative Tenures Team and will assist the Housing Officer in providing a professional, effective and efficient service to their Mid Market customers. The role will also manage the allocation of new developments and re-let Mid Market Rent properties.
About You
- You will have a Propertymark One or equivalent qualification, or a willingness to work towards this.
- You should have excellent administration and customer care skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
- You should have up to date knowledge on housing legislation and regulations.
- You must hold a full driving licence and complete a Disclosure Check prior to taking up an offer of employment
