It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Join Fife Rape And Sexual Assault Centre (FRASAC) for this newly developed online workshop.
The aim is to increase participant's knowledge and understanding of what sexual violence is and how societal attitudes impact our communities.
During the session, there is a safe space for participants to explore how you would support a survivor disclosing sexual violence. By the end of the course, participants will have:
- Explored what sexual violence is and how it affects survivors
- Explored their own values and attitudes towards common myths held within our communities in relation to sexual violence
- Considered how they would respond to disclosure, looking at SEEK framework
- Knowledge of local services relevant to clients with a focus on FRASAC
- An increase knowledge of what consent is
- To encourage the importance of self-care
