    Post: Housing Assistant

    Location: Saltire Centre, Pentland Court, Glenrothes, Fife, KY6 2DA

    Working within the Housing Management Team, you will be responsible for the selection and allocation of Kingdom's properties in line with their Allocation Policy. This includes assisting the Housing/Lead Officers to provide a comprehensive Housing Management Service and other Estate Management duties. 

    This role involves competing deadlines, being confident in multiple IT systems, administration work, and being accountable for your area of work. Teamwork is key to achieving objectives, so you should be willing to work together to share experience and support. 

    About You 

    • You will have an SVQ3 in Customer Service or equivalent qualification 
    • You should have excellent administration and customer care skills and be able to work on your own initiative 
    • You should have a minimum of two years' experience within a customer-focussed role, with a good knowledge of social housing legislation and regulations, including the Housing Acts and GDPR. 
    • You must hold a full driving licence with use of a car for work and complete a Disclosure Check prior to taking up an offer of employment
